Customs and Duty:

Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.

Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email once your bag is boxed up and ready to ship. It will include your tracking number and you can track your package on the carrier's website. Some tracking updates will not appear for a few days after the package ships, depending on where it is traveling to.

Most packages arrive in the 3 - 5 business day estimate.

Returns:

Returning is no problem within 7 days from the day you receive your ordered product, but you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item

Any product you wish to return must be sent with a shipping box to protect the bag and the bag must be in unworn condition. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise.

Just box your bag back up, take it to the parcel carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping back to us. SALAR does not provide return shipping labels on international/national orders and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will refund the cost of the bag once its arrive here and email a Refund Confirmation to you once that is done. You will see the refund back on your card within 3 - 5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.

Check with your Customs office to see if they would refund any Customs taxes on a return. SALAR does not refund Customs taxes or fees.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Faulty Products:

Items are considered "faulty" if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that goods correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our judegment. Please email support@salar.it with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.
